Treatment Coordinator

Treatment Care Coordinator Bright Now! Dental in Martinez, CA, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Monday 9-7p, Tuesday 9-7p, Wednesday 8-530p, Thursday 730-430p, Friday 8-530p Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams Qualifications At least one year of related experience preferred Bilingual Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service $22-$24/hour Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
