Kforce has a client that is seeking an Adobe Target in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Consultant to help lead and scale personalization initiatives across digital channels. This individual will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Adobe Target, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer experiences across mobile app and web platforms. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Adobe Target expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and digital product teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Adobe Target subject matter expert for the organization
- Design, build, launch, and optimize personalization campaigns and A/B tests
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Digital teams to align personalization efforts with business objectives
- Provide recommendations on personalization strategy, testing roadmaps, and optimization opportunities
- Translate business requirements into targeted customer experiences
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Help establish best practices, processes, and governance for Adobe Target usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and maximize business impact
- Advise leadership on future personalization capabilities, team structure, and long-term roadmap considerations
- 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Target experience
- Experience building and managing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and technical teams
- Strong understanding of digital personalization strategies and customer experience optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently and serve as a trusted advisor within the organization
- Experience supporting mobile app and web personalization initiatives
- Familiarity with audience targeting and segmentation concepts
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience within consumer-facing digital environments
- Interest or familiarity with sports, entertainment, or fan engagement platforms is a plus
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Preference for candidates located in the Los Angeles area who can attend occasional onsite meetings
- Remote candidates will also be considered
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

- Driving measurable improvements through testing and optimization
- Becoming the organization's trusted Adobe Target expert
- Creating a foundation that supports future growth of personalization capabilities and programs
