Client Associate

Your role

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for someone like that who can provide operational and administrative support to financial advisors. You'll:
- keep management systems up to date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

Your team

You'll be working as part of a Private Wealth Management team. We help high ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

You have:
- a college degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- 1-3 years of client service experience
- series 7 and 66 licenses or obtained within 6 months of hire, for which UBS will sponsor the new hire
- excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- general knowledge of capital markets preferred
- an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - Palo Alto min USD 73000 - max USD 80000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
