Accounts Receivable Specialist Miamisburg, OH
A growing and well-established company in Miamisburg, Ohio is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment status
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoicing
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collections
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
