About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Conducting vital sign assessments and reporting changes to the nursing team

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

  • • A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
