HR & Payroll Specialist | Part‑time | Willow Grove Salary: $40 – $45 per hour Job Details Responsibilities Ensure federal and PA employment law compliance Process payroll in Paylocity Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding Benefits administration and annual plan review Maintain employee records and OSHA log Occasional travel to Harrisburg, Bethlehem, and Scranton Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll Knowledge of PA and federal employment law Paylocity system experience Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
