As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol in Boise, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first and act with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through the proper chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for staff, guests, deliveries, and/or vendors while following site protocols for visitor management and credential checks.
• Support Allied Universal account goals by communicating professionally with site contacts, assisting with incident follow-up, and maintaining detailed daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
