As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Manufacturing Facility in Boise, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support established protocols for deliveries, vendors, and after-hours access.
• Assist with monitoring sensitive work areas and equipment spaces, remaining attentive to policy compliance, alarm conditions, and other security-related issues that may arise during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
