Finance Manager Our client, a specialized engineering firm supporting motorsports, aerospace and U.S. defense applications, is seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time employee opportunity. Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support its accounting and financial operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading the month-end close process, supporting budgeting and forecasting, managing inventory accounting, and partnering with operations to drive financial performance and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities iesLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including a 4-day month-end clo se.Prepare journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliatio ns.Reconcile savings and checking accoun ts.Review, allocate, and process Accounts Payable, including invoices, ACH payments, wire transfers, employee expense reports, and company credit card transactio ns.Resolve vendor payment discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationshi ps.Execute semi-monthly payroll and accurately allocate payroll using employee timecard informati on.Maintain financial records within the company's accounting system and ERP platfo rm.Process Accounts Receivable invoices and record customer paymen ts.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in accordance with GA AP.Support inventory accounting and monthly balance sheet reconciliatio ns.Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual financial audi ts.Analyze expense variances and maintain fixed asset recor ds.Process purchase orders and support operational purchasing activiti es.Integrate financial data into the corporate accounting system using OneStream and provide variance analysis as need Qualifications ed:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fina nce4–7 years of progressive accounting experie nceExperience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Acumatica, or similar accounting platfo rmsAdvanced Microsoft Excel ski llsStrong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, audit support, cost accounting, and inventory account Preferred ionManufacturing or technology industry experie Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for a finance professional who is:Highly analytical with exceptional attention to det ailOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environm entA proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountabil ityAn effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional te amsCommitted to continuous process improvement and operational excelle nceProfessional, depend and able to exercise sound judgm #J-18808-Ljbffr The Mice Groups, Inc.
