Compensation and Analytics Analyst Join DaVita’s Compensation and Analytics team and help shape how we recognize and reward teammates across the Village. In this high-impact role, you’ll use data to uncover insights that directly influence our compensation strategies and programs. As part of the People Services department, our team partners across DaVita to design, implement, and evolve rewards that align with our mission, vision, and business goals. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and models that turn internal and external pay data into actionable insights, helping leaders make informed, strategic decisions. Improve and streamline processes that support new and existing compensation initiatives—enhancing teammate experience and financial well‑being. Support the design and execution of key compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other forms of monetary recognition. Develop strong, collaborative relationships. Understand unique business needs and tailor compensation solutions accordingly. Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (any major with strong analytical or business focus); Master’s degree preferred. 0–2 years relevant experience. Strong Excel skills and a love for working with data. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities from multiple sources in a fluid environment. Project experience or comparable problem‑solving or analytical background. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
