Healthcare Data Entry Associate

What You'll Do

• Process incoming enrollment and account-related forms by reviewing documentation and entering information accurately into multiple systems.
• Support participant account maintenance, including:
  • Enrollments
  • Renewals
  • Terminations
  • Address changes
  • Routine account updates
• Review and update Customer Identification Program (CIP) documentation.
• Assist with account transfers and account closure processing.
• Process manual renewals and other administrative tasks during peak enrollment periods.
• Organize, move, and maintain electronic documents within established file management systems.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure all data is accurate and complete before finalizing transactions.
• Communicate processing updates and status information using approved procedures and templates.
• Support Enrollment and Partner Integration/EDI teams with additional administrative and data-entry responsibilities.
• Escalate documentation discrepancies, exceptions, or issues outside of your scope to appropriate team members.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling participant and account information.

This is a Contract position based out of Middleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
