catering sales representative

Beyond Catering & Events is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Catering Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them plan their meetings, luncheons, etc. while driving revenue growth for our catering business. You will work closely with our event and culinary teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from first inquiry to signed contract. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online leads Qualify prospective clients and assess their event needs, budget, and timeline Present catering packages, menus, and services in a compelling and professional manner Prepare and send accurate proposals and quotes in a timely manner Follow up with leads to move opportunities through the sales pipeline Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless handoffs upon booking Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Assist with outbound outreach to past clients and prospective accounts Qualifications 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience; hospitality or catering industry a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Suite Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Positive, client-first attitude and a passion for hospitality Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Employee discounts on restaurant & catering services Competitive pay rate + Commission $45k to $55k(varies based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr Beyond Catering & Events
