Job Description

About the Role:
Join TWIN ANGELS HOME CARE as a DSP/STNA/HHA in Springfield, OH, where you will provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Be part of a dedicated team that values your skills and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medication and monitor client health as per care plans.
Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

Valid certification as DSP, STNA, or HHA.
Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with clients.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Background check and drug screening may be required.
