• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

• Valid STNA, HHA, or DSP certification required.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Flexible availability to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
