Overview

Positive Pathways ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing team. Compensation: $90–$100 per hour
Employment Type: W-2 or 1099 options available

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, care plans and programming based on assessment results and ongoing data review.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations based on data and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and related service providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates.
• Utilize electronic data collection and practice management systems to support service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required.
• At least one year of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working effectively as part of a team.
• Experience administering and interpreting assessments such as the Vineland, or similar evaluation tools is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
