Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
• Cleanup site from debris and discarded material.
• Ability to mix and pour concrete.
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment.
• Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance.
• Must be physically able to complete manual labor.
• Operate pneumatic Saws, hammers, vibrators, and tampers.
• Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism.
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the field crew.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to receive written or oral instructions.
• Must be physically able to work throughout the 8-hour day.
• Must be physically able to work in weathered conditions.
• Must be physically able to follow task duties.
• Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others.
• Must be physically able to move and install pipe.
• Must be physically able to complete any task.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to complete manual labor.
• Must be physically able to work in ALL weathered conditions.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Work 40 hours a week and must be physically able to follow task assigned.
• Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.
• Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.
• Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must have own transportation.
