Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working within school systems or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapists, and parents to support holistic student development
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development activities
• Provide consultation and resources to classroom staff for supporting student communication needs
