National Sales Manager - Distribution HVAC/Refrigeration

The Impact You'll MakeAs the National End User Sales Manager, Distribution, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across North America for Danfoss Climate Solutions. By strengthening relationships with end users and distribution partners, you will help customers improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability through our industry-leading portfolio of compressors, heat exchangers, electronic controls, valves, and sensors.In this leadership role, you will guide and develop a team of account managers while shaping go-to-market strategies that expand market share across the United States and Canada. Your influence will help create long-term customer value and drive profitable growth across multiple business lines.This position is a remote position within North America, with approximately 50% travel throughout the region.What You’ll Be DoingLead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, enabling strong performance, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.Build and execute end-user and distribution channel strategies that expand market share and increase revenue across North America.Strengthen customer relationships by creating value-based account plans that align Danfoss solutions with customer business goals.Collaborate with marketing, sales excellence, and business leaders to translate market insights into actions that improve customer loyalty and competitive positioning.Drive sales discipline through pipeline management, CRM utilization, and account planning to support consistent commercial execution and results.What We're Looking ForBachelors Degree or commensurate experience10-15 years technical sales experience in the industry including Account Management/DevelopmentMultiple experiences leading (formally or informally) cross functional teams to achieve strategic business goalsDemonstrable sales development record within the target market.Experience managing directly or indirectly teams with multiple disciplines.Strategic planning and management of a book of business across multiple product lines and countriesC-Suite style/level communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)Experience managing expectations of business leaders beyond current functional areaWillingness to travel 50% domestic and international.Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000.
