Your Role

• Take Ownership of Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final closing.
• Act as a Collaborator with Clients, anticipating their hiring requirements and understanding their organizational culture.
• Source Talent Strategically by leveraging our exclusive CRM/ATS, alongside your own network and tools.
• Utilize Our Enhanced Platform to organize candidates, streamline outreach efforts, automate follow-up tasks, and maintain order.
• Focus on Long-Term Placements that not only provide exceptional value for clients but also yield substantial commissions for you.
• Contribute to Branding Initiatives, helping to elevate both our organization and yours.

Your Profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or sales with a consultative approach

• Proficient in navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our platform will be provided)
• An entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build something meaningful
