Support the growth and academic progress of students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist working in a contract position serving school-aged children. This opportunity offers a hybrid caseload with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery, allowing you to bring your clinical expertise into both traditional and virtual settings. Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CA SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain before starting
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of teletherapy platforms and techniques
• Comfort conducting assessments, writing IEP goals, and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions
• Effective communicator who can engage well with students, families, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct instruction through a blend of on-site and remote therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Work closely with classroom teachers and other service providers to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
