Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Weekends Optional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized patient care through comprehensive evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting recovery and improved mobility in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:


Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver one-on-one care to ensure optimal outcomes

Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient goals

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture

Education, Licensure, and Experience:


Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility)

New grads are strongly encouraged to apply

No additional certifications required
