We only accept federal work study students.Job Summary:To assist Student Accounts & Cashiers Office personnel to ensure smooth operation of office and provide the highest level of customer service possible.Preference for work schedule availability Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday over the lunch hours or afternoons.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurate and timely filingPhotocopying as necessaryAssembling packets/booklets/handoutsOccasionally sorting mailData entry/typing of various forms via computer keypad and typewriter.General office tasks that may include - tidying office space, vacuuming, shredding, etc.Physical Demands: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
