Healthcare AdministratorCumberland Christian School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey, United States. This is a Full-Time position central to maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of our student body. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing the school's health services and promoting a healthy school environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional who shares our commitment to fostering a supportive and caring community for students from preschool through to high school.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate and confidential student health records in compliance with all regulations.Administer first aid, emergency care, and prescribed medications to students and staff as required.Develop, implement, and uphold school health policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians regarding student health issues, providing timely and clear communication.Oversee the school's health office, including managing the inventory of medical supplies and equipment.Ensure the school's compliance with local and state health and immunisation requirements.Collaborate with school staff and public health officials to manage and report communicable diseases.Organise and conduct health screenings, such as vision and hearing tests, for students.QualificationsA relevant qualification in nursing (e.g., Registered Nurse), healthcare administration, or a closely related field is required.Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably within a school or paediatric setting.Current certification in First Aid and CPR is essential.Exceptional organisational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with children, parents, and staff in a professional and compassionate manner.A thorough understanding of health regulations and privacy laws.An alignment with the Christian mission and values of Cumberland Christian School would be highly regarded.What We OfferThe opportunity to work in a supportive, faith-based community dedicated to the holistic development of students.A role where you can make a significant and positive impact on the daily well-being of our school community.A collaborative working environment with a team of dedicated faculty and staff.
