In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance, including diesel engine repair and brake repair. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding basic vehicle maintenance, repairs, and issues that need to be referred to the main shop service advisors
• Prepare accurate estimates based on customer needs and vehicle condition
• Coordinate with Express Lane service technicians to ensure the timely completion of services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
• Promote additional services or products that benefit vehicle performance
• Stay current on automotive technology and service techniques

• Proven customer service experience (automotive environment preferred)
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Familiarity with automotive sales practices and estimating is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with Express Lane technicians and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
