Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become a vital link between our company and valued customers! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for giving excellent customer service to our guests, preparing orders and safely working in the store. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive our success while providing outstanding customer experiences. · Answering phones
· Entering orders through POS system
· Upsell additional food items to enhance sales opportunities
· Greet all customers that walk in the store
· Cash and payment handling
· Make orders for customers up to and including pizza stretching and oven tending
· Restocking and moving boxes (up to 25lbs)
· General daily cleaning
· Maintain positive customer interactions
· Maintain urgency at all times
Qualifications· Strong communication skills
· Ability to multi task

· Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
· Ability to keep calm under pressure
