The Direct Hire Recruiter is a high-impact professional responsible for bridging the gap between top-tier talent and premier clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Management: Strategically develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates within core skill sets. Market Strategy: Craft and execute compelling job advertisements to attract passive and active talent. Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage advanced sourcing tools, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage qualified professionals. Brand Advocacy: Represent the company in local networking groups and professional associations to build brand equity. Vetting & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, administer skill assessments, and perform professional reference checks to ensure quality of hire. Candidate Experience: Lead interview debriefs and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle. Order Consultation: Manage the intake process with hiring managers to define requirements and success profiles. Process Facilitation: Act as a strategic partner to the customer, coordinating the interview process and feedback loops. Closing: Facilitate the offer process and negotiate terms to ensure a successful placement for both client and candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent business experience. Two (2) years of professional recruiting experience. Minimum of one (1) year in a sales-driven capacity (preferred). Proven history of meeting or exceeding KPIs and business development goals. Experience utilizing alternative sourcing methods (social media, niche boards, etc.).
