StretchLab, the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, is looking for a motivated, results-driven Studio Sales Manager to lead membership sales and help grow our studio.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking with people, following up with leads, building relationships, and closing sales. You’ll also play an important role in creating an exceptional member experience and keeping the studio running smoothly.

About StretchLab

Locally owned and operated in the Treasure Valley since 2018, we have three StretchLab studios in Eagle, Boise, and Meridian.

StretchLab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching designed to help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement so they can Live Long and continue doing the things they love.

Our team combines a proven stretching methodology with highly trained Flexologists and a welcoming, personalized studio experience.

The Role

As Studio Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is simple: grow the studio.

You will own the sales process—from responding to new leads and booking first visits to understanding each prospect’s goals, presenting the right membership solution, and closing the sale.

You’ll also help retain existing members, support and coach front-desk sales staff, and ensure everyone who walks through our doors has an outstanding experience.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a rotating schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Studio Hours:
Monday/Wednesday: 8:00am–6:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 10:00am–8:00pm
Friday/Saturday: 8:00am–2:00pm
Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Membership Growth

• Achieve or exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Respond quickly and consistently to new leads by phone, text, and email
• Book and confirm introductory appointments
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each prospect’s goals
• Present membership options confidently and close sales
• Follow up with prospects who don't purchase on their first visit
• Track leads, appointments, conversions, and sales activity
• Coach and support sales associates in improving their sales performance
• Represent StretchLab at local events and community outreach opportunities

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

• Build genuine relationships with members and prospects
• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Handle member questions, billing issues, account changes, freezes, and cancellations
• Proactively address retention concerns and follow up with at-risk or inactive members
• Help create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio environment

Keep the Studio Running Smoothly

• Assist with client scheduling & account management
• Support inventory and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, safety, and brand standards
• Ensure studio policies and procedures are consistently followed
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing sales development

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of demonstrated sales success ; fitness, wellness, membership, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred
• Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated by measurable results
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale
• Confident selling both in person and over the phone
• Excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust
• Persistent with follow-up without being pushy
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google Workspace
• Able to coach and motivate others while remaining personally accountable for results
• Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping people improve their quality of life
