Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Previous experience working with adolescents in academic settings preferred
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments and counseling techniques
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and documentation
• Master’s degree or higher in school psychology or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, with approximately 28 assessments expected over the academic year
• Provide weekly or biweekly counseling services to a group of 10 students, addressing their unique social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Maintain detailed student records and create actionable intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and well-being
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements relating to school psychology
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and share expertise in student support meetings
