What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans for high-acuity patients
• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals
• Document progress and update care plans regularly
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or similar settings
• Strong assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS certification preferred
• Ability to adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
