With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy thats built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence./ph3Summary/h3pThis position will be split evenly between South Tampa and Lakeland./pulliAssesses, develops, implements, and leads educational activities designed to grow, maintain, and improve the professional competence of Free Standing Emergency Department Team Members/liliCreates and oversees assigned clinical programs by completing needs assessments/liliEmploys evidence-based practice in educational methodologies and clinical practice/liliAssists in clinical orientation of new Team Members/liliProvides ongoing consultation on educational requirements and existing resources to direct care Team Members/liliActively participates in the quality improvement process/liliActs as a positive agent of change and communication/liliGuides other disciplines in applying principles of evidence-based care to their educational needs./liliPerforms appropriate RN functions and other duties when assigned./liliFollows the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice./liliPromotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliRequired BSN with 3 years of Clinical Experience in an ED and Nursing Education experience./liliOR Bachelors in Healthcare Related Field with 4 years of Nursing Education and ED experience./li/ulh3Credentials/h3ulliBLS (Basic Life Support) - Certification/liliRN (Registered Nurse) - State of Florida/li/ulpBayCare Health System, Admin - Non-Hospital Related-BUC/ppLocation: Lakeland/South Tampa Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No/ppHow often will this team member be working remotely?
