Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Empower Move, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and developing tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs across various age groups.
• Implementing evidence-based intervention techniques in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Utilizing cutting-edge software for objectively measuring patient outcomes and documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes efficiently.
• Providing ongoing support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, making a positive impact in their lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient demographic will include individuals with diverse orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, or a temporary permit allowing practice under supervision.
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Preferred Experience

While experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in these areas. Compensation and Benefits
