Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite engagement within our patients' homes, enabling us to provide personalized care in their familiar surroundings. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist within our organization, you will:

• Comply with relevant state practice acts, ensuring adherence to legal standards governing physical therapy practices.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and craft individualized treatment plans that encompass measurable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on assessment findings, patient presentations, and evolving rehabilitation practices, while continuously adjusting strategies as required.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, effectively communicating changes in patient conditions to ensure comprehensive care and timely referrals.
• Document all patient interactions, including initial evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge planning, maintaining clear and accurate records to support ongoing patient care.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights to improve patient access and care quality as part of our Access NRH initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, staying abreast of advancements in orthopedic therapy and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation for hip and knee replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You'll be responsible for implementing tailored treatment plans aimed not just at restoring function, but also at empowering patients to manage their musculoskeletal health effectively.

Qualifications

To join our dedicated team, you should possess:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure the safety of our patients during therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While the essential qualifications set the foundation for this role, we prefer candidates who have:

• A demonstrated history of working in home health settings.
• Experience with patient-centered care strategies that promote autonomy and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside an attractive benefits package, which includes:
