Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing care in patients' homes across Jacksonville. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and supported throughout their care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on diverse patient populations in their homes. You will treat individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Your ability to engage with patients in a comfortable setting allows for tailored therapeutic interventions that encourage independence and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is required.
• Current CPR certification at the time of hire.
• Strong analytical, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and managing sensitive information accurately.
• Proficient in basic computer skills to manage documentation and patient files efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy is required, recent graduates with a strong educational background may also be considered. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
