Maintains the electrical systems of the facility in safe working condition. Performs maintenance and urgent corrective and routine repairs for the electrical systems/equipment. Installs and repairs electrical wiring, fixtures, control equipment, etc.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Graduate or GED equivalent.State Licensed Electrical Contractor.Good communication skills.Flexible and adaptable to a changing health care environment.Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.Willing to work outside regular shift including overtime, call, and emergency situations.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Able to climb and work from a ladder.Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts for reading blueprints and diagrams.Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.Must be able to talk and hear to communicate with others.Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule.
