Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required
• Background in pediatric or school-based SLP preferred
• Experience with preschool-aged children is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress toward measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to ensure consistency in intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in school meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities
