Maintenance Technician - Night Shift $28-33/hr

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role involves maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and various systems within our facility, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing and support equipment.
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when necessary, and adjust functional parts of devices.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, welding equipment, and hand tools.
• Prepare maintenance reports and communicate actions, irregularities, and needs using EAM.
• Work safely and efficiently, using all required personal protective equipment.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and STW activities.

Work Environment
The work environment is large and spacious, typical of a manufacturing setting. It can be loud with a noticeable hot plastic smell. The position follows a 2x2x3 schedule with 12-hour shifts from either 5a-5p or 5p-5a.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
