Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Sherman Oaks
A busy, well-established restaurant in Sherman Oaks is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining high service standards
Leading and supporting front-of-house staff during service
Ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Managing guest relations and resolving any service issues professionally
Monitoring pacing, floor organization, and overall flow of service
Maintaining a positive, professional environment for both guests and staff
Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and make decisions during busy service periods
A strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
