Close & Bill Clerk

Job Title

Responsible for maintaining a client specific portfolio of incoming files relevant to proofing files, closing files and billing procedures in accordance with company policies and meeting or exceeding quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain accuracy of all documents returned to the customers/clerk of court
• Validate, maintain accuracy and integrity of Tracker data; ensure no duplicate entries
• Organize, copy and prepare files for the Scan & Index team
• Perform job duties in accordance with documentation standards in Tracker, system of record
• Master client specific nuances
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Standards
• Meet or exceed Key Quality Standards
• Generate invoices
• Back up team members
• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties

None.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of verifiable work experience
• Effective customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred

Work Environment

Professional office work environment. Occasionally required to sit for long hours, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
