Inspection Specialist II - Contract to Hire, Hiring Now

Leading medical devices is seeking an Inspection Specialist II in West Boylston, MA, to join a leading organization known for its commitment to quality in the medical device industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the compliance and quality assurance of medical devices.

Shift of the Inspection Specialist II:
First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate of the Inspection Specialist II:
$24-$28 based on experience

Responsibilities of the Inspection Specialist II:

Conduct inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished medical devices according to established specifications.
Mentor and train junior inspection staff to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards.
Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to perform thorough quality checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications of the Inspection Specialist II:

High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
10+ years of experience in medical product inspection or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using inspection tools such as microscopes and calipers.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English.
