We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides for flexible short shifts (1–2 hours per client) throughout the day.

Schedule

Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Short visits: 1–2 hours per client
Care for multiple clients per day

REQUIRED ABILITY

Must be able to service any type of client’s needs

**APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE AND A RELIABLE VEHICLE TO BE CONSIDERED**

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES

Bathing, dressing assistance, nail and skin care, back care, foot care, shampooing, and oral hygiene
Assistance with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises, and safe use of assistive devices (walker, crutches, cane)
Assistance with toileting, bedpan/commode/urinal use, and incontinence care
Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance
Emotional support, companionship, conversation, encouragement, and recreational activities
Maintenance of accurate agency records
Professional conduct in accordance with agency policy
Adherence to infection control and safety procedures

HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT

Light housekeeping (bed linens, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning)
Personal laundry only (client’s laundry only)
Grocery shopping
Other duties as mutually agreed by client, caregiver, and agency

Requirements:

Comfortable working short, back-to-back shifts
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Previous experience as an at home or facility caregiver of seniors
Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
CNA License is a plus
CPR Certification
Negative TB (PPD) Test Results or chest x-ray
Eighteen years of age or older.
Physical, visual, and hearing capacities functioning at a level sufficient to provide for supervisory and physical care needs of clients.
