About the Role:
A Place At Home Towson is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our growing team in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to client well-being
