Job Responsibilities

• Craft Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' personal needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and complete care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy practices to encourage continued improvement outside our facilities.
• Document and Monitor Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to continued education and additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
