Responsibilities: Plan and organize service requests, utilizing agency action plans to meet target dates and production goals. Develop and deliver health and safety training, adapting materials to agency needs and delivering sessions in-person or via webinar. Conduct assessments, audits, and incident investigations in line with safety programs and agency policies. Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for injury data and trend analysis. Support injury/illness prevention, safety, industrial hygiene, and AIPP compliance. Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support, transferring knowledge to agency personnel. Collaborate in a team environment, understanding and adapting to client needs, building strong relationships, and promoting a safety culture. To qualify for this position, candidates must meet all AIPP qualifications list below: Experience: Minimum 5 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience is required Education and or Credentials: Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline And OR

one of the advanced safety credentials listed below: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) Certified Environmental, Safety and Health Trainer (CET) Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Industrial Hygiene in Training (IHIT) Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM) Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Certified Director of Safety (CDS) Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Other Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong assessment, verbal, and written communication skills Must have reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking Extended period of working via computer | Sitting for extended periods of time
