Paralegal

Responsible for Condo and HOA collection and foreclosure matters for assigned Associations. Maintain the PRIMARY point of contact for managers and Board Members for collections. Responsibilities: • Conduct property records searches. • Prepare first and second demand letters. • Prepare Claims of Liens. • Prepare estoppels and handle estoppel disputes. • Negotiate for settlement and payment plans between the owner and the Association. • Serve as the primary point of contact for owner communications. • Prepare status reports. • Conduct a status meeting with the Board of Directors upon request. • Timely handle payment disbursements. • Prepare Release of Liens. • Monitor bankruptcy cases & appropriate filings. • Monitor MFC cases & appropriate filings. • Prepare tenant rent demands. Qualifications: • Computer skills, detail orientation, communication skills, professionalism, team orientation, initiative, solution-oriented, analytical, and research skills. • One to three years of experience in a professional office environment with related litigation experience preferred. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Compensation:
