Job Details We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance Defense/Tort department. Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years insurance litigation experience, exceptional writing and analytical skills. Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
