Solution Sales Executive

To drive the adoption of IT Service Management solutions in the Mid Market LATAM region, the full-time Solution Sales Executive will define and implement a strategic vision for their territory, collaborate with various teams, and partner with key stakeholders to optimize customer experiences. Key responsibilities Define and communicate a clear vision and plan for territory management, including funnel and account status Collaborate with internal teams and partners to educate prospects on ITSM benefits and ensure successful service transformations Utilize leading tools and technology to engage effectively with customers both virtually and on-site Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in software field sales focused on IT Service Management Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Expertise in ITSM sales and experience in multi-channel, multi-product environments Strong business acumen with the ability to position and sell value and calculate ROI Excellent executive communication skills and a coachable attitude
