Health Equity Clinical Pharmacist
Empower underserved communities through pharmacy-led public health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally sensitive medication counseling and education.
- Coordinate mobile clinics, health fairs, and immunization drives.
- Collaborate with community health workers to address social determinants of health.
Qualifications:
- PharmD and experience in community health preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual pharmacists encouraged to apply.
- Passion for outreach and patient advocacy.
