Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP) preferred, or eligible Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative spirit for working with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to each student’s needs and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy using best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate assessment, therapy, and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
