What is needed for success in this position:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or pending state licensure (or eligibility) in Oklahoma
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs may be considered
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized plans for students with diverse needs

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy for students
• Work in partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
