Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.Job Summary:Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacantPlans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward companyResponds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, andPlans, organizes, and controls all activities of the Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.Partners with compensation team to: review/revise job descriptions as necessary; supports performance evaluation program. Manages and monitors career pathing/performance management programs.Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.Coordinates training/educational activities for the Assists departments with the development of training/educational curriculum and activities.Employee relations counseling including coaching and corrective actionEvaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and servicesResponsible for overseeing and monitoring Ethical SourcingEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years’ experience in training and human resourcesSkills and Competencies:Computer knowledge is essentialAccounting and financial knowledge importantAbility to work well with all levels of management and employeesTraining, communication and public speaking skills are a must#LI-GD1 #LI-OnsiteExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.The pay range for this position is$100,000—$115,000 USDReady to join us?
